At its meeting in Hamburg today, the UEFA Executive Committee announced the prize money distribution system for the teams that will take part in the final tournament of the 2024 UEFA European Football Championship, which will be played in Germany from June 14 to July 14.
The maximum amount that the champion team can receive if they win all three group games is 28.25 million euros.
The amounts distributed to the participating teams and services are as follows:
-Participation fee: 9.25 million euros
-Match Bonus: 1 mile for a win. Euros and 500,000 euros for a draw
-Ascent to Round of 16: 1.5 miles. Euro
-To quarterfinals: 2.5 miles. Euro
-Right to semi-final: 4 miles. Euro
-The runner-up will receive an additional payment of 5 million euros.
The 2024 European champion will receive an extra payment of 8 million euros
