Fenerbahçe Vice Chairman Erol Bilecik responded to the statements made by Aziz Yıldırım, who held a press conference later in the week. Bilecik also revealed the total debt of the yellow-navy team during Aziz Yıldırım’s presidency.
Erol Bilecik shared the following statements on his Twitter account:
“I have followed with sadness the statements made by the former president of our association, Mr. Aziz Yıldırım, in which he mentioned my name and our former esteemed manager in financial matters.
When we took office in May 2018, my financial reports were prepared in accordance with international accounting standards and were not consolidated. The independent audit was carried out only by Futbol A.Ş. carried out what is required by law. was done on its own. In summary, our members were not provided with the necessary information on financial matters, they were not reported in the required criteria and there was no independent body to verify this!
