Striking words from Jose Morinho! Instead of competing with Barcelona…

Portuguese coach Jose Morinho, who coached Seria A giants Inter between 2008 and 2010 and then became Real Madrid’s technical boss in 2010, made notable statements about the process.

The 60-year-old coach used the following statements when he said that when making his decision he chose the difficult rather than the easy.

“It would have been more comfortable for me to stay at Inter than go to Real Madrid and compete with Barcelona. I would have easily won another Serie A title. We would have won the medal at the Club World Cup, but what would have happened meant nothing to me.”

Jose Morinho, who won many trophies in his career, moved to Spanish giants Real Madrid after becoming Serie A and UEFA Champions League champions with Inter.
