Galatasaray met English team Hull City in the first preparatory game of the new season. Referee Volkan Bayarslan officiated the special match at the Kocaeli Stadium.
The Yellow-Reds could not maintain their superiority in the game, took a 3-0 lead and lost 4-3 on the field.
Benjamin Tetteh, Christie, Slater and Estupinan scored the winning goals for Hull City. Galatasaray’s goals came from Emin Bayram, Berkan Kutlu and Kaan Ayhan.
Galatasaray’s Austrian camp begins July 8th. The Yellow-Reds will play 3 friendlies here.
