Bakhtiyar broke the record and won: here are the results of the evening in the EURO 2024 qualifiers!

On the third day of the 8th week of qualifying groups, which will determine the teams that will take part in the tournament hosted by Germany between June 14 and July 14, 2024, 7 games were played in 3 groups.

In Group C, England beat hosts Italy 3-1, first with penalties in the 32nd and 77th minutes and goals from Marcus Rashford in the 57th minute, to secure their place in the finals. Italy’s only goal was scored by Gianluca Scamacca in the 15th minute.

In Group H, Kazakhstan fell behind 0-1 and beat Finland 2-1 away with goals from Bakhtiyar Zaynutdinov, who plays for Beşiktaş, in the 77th and 89th minutes, the first of which was a penalty.

After today’s performance, Bakhtiyor became the top scorer in the history of the Kazakh national team (14 goals in 34 games). The previous record belonged to Ruslan Baltiev, who scored 13 goals in 73 games. Kazakhstan left the field with a win for the first time in their seventh game against Finland.

Dusan Tadic, who plays for Fenerbahçe, scored his team’s third goal in the match in which Serbia beat Montenegro 3-1.
