Norway announced Halaand’s injury! – Football news

Manchester City football star Erling Haaland is set to miss the first two games Norway will play in Euro 2024 qualifiers through injury.

Erling Haaland experienced groin pain after the match against Burnley. It was assumed that this would be a situation that would only affect Saturday, but after the tests and investigations carried out yesterday, it became clear that the famous striker would not be able to play against Spain and Georgia. National team doctor Ola Sand said it would be better to continue his treatment at the club.

Haaland therefore had to return from the national team camp.

National team manager Stale Solbakken said: “We will keep working to prepare for the games on Saturday and Tuesday.”

Haaland, who has played 23 games with the national shirt and scored 21 goals, will miss the games between Spain and Georgia in Norway’s EURO 2024 qualifiers.
